What's up Kinfoke! I love making noodles out of vegetables because it's a great way to get the fiber and nutrients I need. They're also a wonderful replacement for pasta!

All you need for this recipe is:
"Pasta":
-Zucchini
-Carrot
-Squash
-Use peeler to create noodles
Sauce:
Make marinara using tomatoes, garlic, onion, oregano, fennel, basil, salt, pepper
"Meatballs":
Cut eggplant into cubes and toss in blended hemp, sunflower, and pumpkin seed with Italian seasoning. Bake on 350 degrees for 20 mins.
"Cheese" Topping
-Blend seeds from eggplant crust with coconut water to achieve sauce consistency
