Taste the Rainbow

Happy Saturday, Kinfoke! We have found the easiest way to make sure we are getting a balanced variety in our diet is to make sure to eat all the colors of the rainbow. Eating enough fruit is important to make sure you're getting the vitamins and fiber that you need. It's a great way to start your day and it's an easy snack anytime!

I know sometimes fruit is not as fun as a little Debbie, but we have found since switching our diets and getting rid of all the extra sugar, fruit is now like our candy! Once our cravings adjusted from the fake, rich, savory, sweet flavors we loved to a more natural and whole food diet, we were able to eat much more fruit and really enjoy it.

Something we have found that makes fruit easier. First of all shopping for produce can be tricky because of those pesky plastic bag. We have found using a reusable bag has made buying lots of fruit much more pleasant.


Also, be sure to wash your fruit!
