It's almost Thanksgiving Kinfoke! I wanted to share with you the recipes for my SMOLICIOUS Southern-Style Dressing. While I love cornbread dressing, we don't eat a lot of corn. We do eat a lot of red lentil flatbread though. So I had the wild idea to use red lentil flats to make my southern-style dressing.

I used all the traditional seasonings and veggies to make the dressing and added some walnuts and pecans for a great texture.
