The famous author Beverly Cleary once said, "If you don't see the book you want on the shelf, write it." So I did. People reach out to me constantly wanting to know how and why I do what I do. What was it like to be me as a kid? What sort of music did I like? Who are the people who mold and shape me?
In countless interviews, I've been asked how I arrived where I am today. I decided that it was time to let everyone know who is this SMO. Through the process of writing my autobiography, My Life in a Jar: The Book of SMO, I learned so much about my family and where I come from. It was also great to look back at the times that challenged me and how they molded me into who I am today. From working for Haystak to the reality show on A&E, the book fills you in on all things SMO. If you haven't checked it out, it's available on the website. Keep your eye out for an audiobook coming soon!
