Hey Kinfoke! I shared my supper on my Facebook and TikTok and some of y'all asked for the recipe. Here are the ingredients and below I've listed how to make it.
Bring your broth ingredients to a very low simmer. You don't want it to reach a boil. Throw in your broccoli, cabbage, mushrooms, and onion to soften along with the garlic and seasonings. Use a peeler to make noodles out of your zucchini, squash, and carrots.
**If you're adjusting to raw meals and don't like your veggies as crunchy, let them simmer in the pot on low for 10 mins to soften. Adjust ingredients based on your veggie preference! It's all about getting in as many vegetables as you can!
Add it all together in a bowl and enjoy!
